Personal Updates: A Special Weekend + My Post-Wedding Health Tips 💍✨

Hey there, lovely community!

I have some exciting news to share... I got married this past weekend!

It was such a beautiful, love-filled day, and I’m still on cloud nine. As you can imagine, it’s been a whirlwind of emotions and celebrations, but I’m so grateful for this new chapter.

Thank you all for your support—whether it’s been through booking appointments, reading my health articles, or sending kind wishes. You’ve been such an important part of my growth as a doctor, and I’m beyond thankful!

Staying Healthy Through the Big Day (and Beyond!)

Of course, I couldn’t give an update without sharing some health tips I’ve leaned on leading up to (and after) the wedding. Here’s what’s been keeping me energized, calm, and glowing:

Nourishing with Whole Foods
I’ve stuck to a diet rich in whole foods, focusing on antioxidant-packed fruits and veggies, healthy fats, and quality proteins. These not only kept my energy levels up but also gave my skin a glow that made me feel extra confident for those wedding photos!

Prioritizing Rest & Skincare
Getting 7-8 hours of sleep has always been a non-negotiable for me, and my skincare routine didn’t skip a beat. I relied on my favorite products from BioJuve and Agent Nateur to keep my skin hydrated and radiant, even through the stress!

Hydration Is Everything
Staying hydrated has been a game-changer, especially with all the excitement (and dancing!). I made sure to drink plenty of water, and I included electrolytes to stay balanced.

Managing Post-Wedding Stress
Now that the wedding is over, I’m focusing on easing back into my routine and keeping stress at bay. Deep breathing exercises and adaptogenic herbs have been my go-to tools for staying calm and grounded during this exciting transition.

I’ll be back soon with more health tips, clinic updates, and fresh blog posts! Until then, I’m taking a little time to enjoy this special moment.

Thank you again for all your love and support—you truly mean the world to me!

With love and gratitude,
Dr. Francesca Medina đź’–
