Every time I scroll social media, there’s a new detox trend—chlorophyll water, parasite cleanses, celery juice at sunrise. They’re hyped as “miracle” fixes, but do they really help your body detox?

Here’s the truth: your body detoxes every single day through your liver, kidneys, gut, and skin. You don’t need expensive fads to make it happen, but you can support these natural pathways with the right foods and daily habits.

👉 Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Chlorophyll Water – Antioxidant-rich, but not a magic detoxer. Eat dark leafy greens (or a quality greens powder) instead of splurging on pricey bottled chlorophyll water.
  • Parasite Cleanses – Overhyped for most people. Gut imbalances are way more common than parasites. Focus on probiotics, fiber, and gentle gut herbs first.
  • Celery Juice – Hydrating and antioxidant-rich, but not a cure-all. Plain lemon water (or just filtered water!) will do the job just as well.

Real detox support looks like:

  • Eating fiber (chia, flax, cruciferous veggies)
