Grateful for You and Excited for the Year Ahead
Hello Reader!
As we close out this year and begin a new one, I wanted to take a moment to say Thank You.
Whether you have been a patient, a subscriber, a blog reader, someone who shares my posts, or someone who supports my work quietly behind the scenes, I am truly grateful for you.
This year has been filled with growth, learning, and meaningful connection. I have had the privilege of working with so many incredible people who are committed to feeling better, understanding their bodies, and taking ownership of their health. That is something I never take lightly. Every appointment, message, referral, and kind word has meant more to me than you may realize.
As I reflect on the year, I feel deeply thankful for the trust you place in me and for the community we've built together: a community rooted in education, empowerment, and a holistic approach to health.
Looking ahead, I am genuinely excited for what is to come. The new year brings fresh opportunities to deepen our work, expand resources, and continue supporting your health in a way that feels sustainable, realistic, and aligned with your life. I have new projects and offerings in the works that I cannot wait to share with you, all with the intention of helping you feel informed, confident, and supported on your health.
My hope for you is continued healing, balance, and clarity in your health and beyond.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for supporting my practice. And thank you for allowing me to do the work I truly love.
Wishing you a peaceful holiday season and a healthy, abundant New Year.
With gratitude,
P.S. If prioritizing your health is part of your vision for the new year, appointments are always available, and my resources are here to support you whenever you are ready.
Year-End Wellness Reminder: Don’t Lose Your FSA/HSA Funds!
If you still have FSA or HSA money sitting around, consider this your gentle nudge: don’t let those dollars disappear.✨
Most people don’t realize that many foundational supplements are eligible, and this is the perfect time to restock for the new year.
To make it easy, I’ve put together a little guide on what to grab depending on your goals. Everything listed below is available through my Fullscript dispensary.
General Wellness Essentials
Omega-3s
Helps keep inflammation in check, supports brain and heart health, and nourishes hormones. Perfect for almost every lifestyle.
High-Quality Multivitamin
Even the best diets have gaps. A well-formulated multi helps fill in micronutrients that keep energy, immunity, and metabolism strong.
Probiotics
Gut health = hormone health, skin health, and immune health. Look for diverse strains rather than ultra-high CFUs.
Antioxidant Powders
Great for skin support, reducing oxidative stress, and boosting daily nutrient density (especially if you’re not eating as many colorful foods this time of year).
Good time to stock up: If you find yourself skipping nutrients during travel, holiday stress, or winter sluggishness, these essentials carry you through beautifully.
For Healthy, More Balanced Periods
If your cycle tends to get heavier, more painful, or more irregular during stressful seasons (hello, holidays), these tools can help support hormone communication and inflammation pathways.
Magnesium Glycinate
Amazing for cramps, PMS irritability, sleep struggles, and stress support.
Omega-3s
(Yes, again!) They help calm prostaglandins, the inflammatory compounds behind painful cycles.
Vitamin B6 or a B-complex
Supports estrogen metabolism and can ease PMS mood changes.
Herbal blends
Chaste tree (Vitex), turmeric, and ginger-based formulas can be game changers for people dealing with hormonal swings.
If heavy periods, PMS, or irregular cycles are part of your story: This is a great time to get tools in place before January hits.
Support for Quality Sleep
Because nothing derails hormones, digestion, and immunity faster than poor sleep.
Magnesium Glycinate or Magnesium L-Threonate
Helps calm the nervous system and relax muscles for deeper sleep.
L-Theanine
Great for people whose minds get “noisy” at bedtime.
Melatonin (low-dose)
Can be helpful during travel, schedule shifts, or temporary insomnia—especially this time of year.
Botanical blends
Think chamomile, passionflower, or California poppy, depending on your unique sleep picture.
Signs you may need to restock: Trouble falling asleep, waking between 2–4am, or feeling wired but tired.
Energy & Adrenal Support
If you’ve been running on stress hormones all year, your adrenals may need a little nourishment going into 2026.
Adaptogens
Ashwagandha, rhodiola, and holy basil help regulate the stress response and support sustained energy.
B-Complex
B-vitamins help convert food into energy at the cellular level. Many people feel a noticeable difference.
Vitamin C
Your adrenal glands use the highest concentration of vitamin C in the body—so stress = more demand.
Electrolytes
Support hydration, cortisol rhythm, and energy production. Especially helpful if you run warm or sweat a lot.
If you’ve been dragging through afternoons, craving sugar, or feeling “tired but wired," this category is for you.
